Bring Your Own Mat.  Meatpacking will not be providing mats for the 2024 season.

CLASS TIMES

Class times start at 5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 7:30pm.

NEW TECH

At every Sweat Session this summer, you'll have the opportunity to borrow a Google Pixel Watch or Fitbit Versa 4 to track your workouts! Just bring a government issued ID to the session, and when you check in you'll be able to try out one of Google's exclusive products for the entirety of your workout! Track the number of calories burned, Active Zone Minutes, and more with Google's devices.

COOL DOWNS

In addition to the workout classes, we offer a post-workout Cool Down, where participants can enjoy hydrating sips to help them recover from their heart-pounding workout. This summer, the Cool Downs will be hosted at Rivian.

Proper athletic attire must be worn.  Late arrivals after 10 minutes will not be permitted.


Notices of cancellation or postponement due to weather conditions will be emailed in advance of class.

A high-intensity strength & conditioning class with a fun partner-based finisher! 


Meatpacking Athletic is a private member athletic club in the Meatpacking District.



6:30 PM

BARRE NONE

The Best Workout BARRE NONE is a 60-minute, low-impact fitness class that emphasizes strength, flexibility and balance. Each class blends precise, Pilates, yoga, weight training and ballet-inspired movements with mindful muscle engagement to challenge your body without strain.


ALEXANDER DEJONG, creator of BARRE NONE, is a renowned barre teacher whose resume includes Exhale, where he served the dedicated community as a top-ranked instructor. As one of the original instructors, Alexander also helped build the renowned Physique 57 barre studio. Alexander hails from Holland, where he grew up training alongside his sister, an Olympic medalist. He later translated the discipline derived from grueling cross-sport workouts into the demanding dance and theater arts. Alexander has performed as a dancer, actor and singer on the Broadway stage for many years. Integrating his athletic experience together with dance and barre, Alexander is famous for teaching a comprehensive, tough and notoriously high drama total body barre workout for his devoted followers.
